Meet Italian film maker Peppino Ciraci. He is Gianna Greco's husband. You've met Gianna before - she runs the Cooking Experience cooking school in Lecce and she will be taking us for cooking classes while we are there. Anyway, Peppino has made this short film paying homage to the Pasticiotto, fabled dessert of the Salento region of Puglia. Enjoy....
